Enterprise Risk Manager

I am looking for an experienced Risk Manager to support the delivery of a robust Enterprise Risk Management framework and provide independent oversight across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the Risk Management Framework, including risk identification, monitoring, and reporting.
• Lead and deliver risk reviews, deep dives, and input into the ORSA to support risk-based decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to embed risk awareness and provide independent challenge.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong experience in risk management within insurance or financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and execution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
