Finance Programme Manager - 2 year FTC

Role: Finance Programme Manager 
Job type: 2 year FTC
Working style: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
Location: EC3M
Salary: £95,000 - 115,000

An exciting opportunity to lead the Finance transformation journey by managing and overseeing several business projects. The Programme Manager will be working directly with the CFO and acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders. 

As the Programme Manager you get to use your expertise in the financial and insurance to provide guidance and analyse vital data to draw actionable insights. 

Experience:

• Experience leading complex transformation projects 
• Experience working in the Insurance industry
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance and finance markets
• Natural leader who enjoys coaching and mentoring
• Ability to provide big picture as well as detailed ideas
• Adaptable and inclusive team player 
• Ability to make informed decisions 
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to proactively remove impediments 
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Comfortable using a range of Project Management tools (MS Project, Jira, Power BI)

Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with key stakeholders 
• Provide comprehensive reports and status updates 
• Lead complex business projects 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Ensure successful delivery of all project across the Fiance function.
• Lead, coach and mentor team
• Work closely with data to draw actionable insights
