Head of Delivery (Insurance)

A world leading and exciting insurance broking business is expanding their UK & European Technology function and as a result are seeking a Head of Delivery.

This is a newly created role, reporting to the CIO and will be responsible for the scale up and delivery of technology and change initiatives across their international business. Programmes of work will be focused on M&A and the build of a new retail insurance broker. In addition to this, you will be responsible for implementing an agile deliver framework and mindset across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a delivery capability as well as working with the senior leadership team to address the company strategy and support with the required technology and change deliveries.

This is a City of London based role with requirement to travel to the office 3 days per week. In addition there may be some limited travel across Europe and to the USA.

Essential experience:

• Previous insurance market experience - broking is highly advantageous
• Agile experience (SAFe or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to face of to and present to daily
