Our client, a leading global insurer and reinsurer with a presence in over 25 countries, are on the search for a new Head of Reinsurance Reserving. They are seeking a someone to lead their actuarial reinsurance reserving team for European and Dubai operations. This senior leadership role involves managing a diverse $2.5 billion portfolio and providing crucial actuarial insights to their business units.
The key responsibilities of this role will cover process improvement, team development, strategic leadership and business collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified actuary with 10+ years of relevant experience. Lloyd's reporting and proven experience in managing a team would be beneficial.
This role would require you to be in the office 3 days a week and unfortunately our client cannot offer sponsorship.
