This Insurance Graduate Scheme offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions within a Syndicate environnment, equipping you with the skills and expertise to shape the industry's future.
 
About the Programme:  During the scheme, you will rotate through at least three key areas within the Specialty business:
 

• Underwriting – Develop an understanding of risk assessment, pricing, and management.
• Portfolio Underwriting Operations – Gain insight into the operational aspects of insurance and business optimisation.
• Underwriting Analytics – Strengthen your analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.

 
Each rotation lasts between 4-6 months, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the specialty insurance platform. Throughout the programme, you will:
 

• Engage in rotational assignments to gain exposure across Underwriting, Portfolio Operations, and Analytics.
• Contribute to strategic projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Evaluate market trends, support underwriting decisions, and enhance operational processes.

 
About You:  We are looking for ambitious and analytical graduates eager to learn and make an impact. You should have:
 

• A bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2:1 in a relevant field, ideally with a strong focus on analytics.
• Internship experience in financial services, insurance, or reinsurance (preferred but not required).
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data analytics, data visualisation, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for continuous learning and personal development.
• Willingness to be in the office 5 days a week most weeks.
