I am working with a global leading insurance brand looking for an experienced Insurance Risk Manager to lead and develop the team. This is a key role where you'll play a vital part in shaping risk frameworks, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality risk management services
- Provide insight and challenge to senior stakeholders, supporting business decision-making
- Oversee risk reporting and validation of capital models under Solvency II
- Collaborate with global risk teams to align risk frameworks and practices
- Drive process improvements and deliver key risk initiatives
Skills Required:
- FIA qualified Actuary (or equivalent)
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of risk management processes, internal models, and Solvency II
