Arthur is partnered with a Global Insurer who is hiring and International Operations Manager to join their team in London.
This individual will be part of the International Operations Leadership team where you will work closely with the Underwriting, Underwriting Support, and Central Services teams, to ensure the Operations function runs efficiently and effectively.
Daily responsibilities:
Understand and evaluate the end-to-end performance of critical international underwriting operational processes, identifying performance variations and root causes.
Lead the prioritisation and implementation of impactful process improvements.
Monitor and ensure high-quality data across operations processes.
Enhance, maintain, and develop training programs for operations processes and systems.
Support the International Operations Manager in achieving operational efficiencies by identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Align with London Market and Lloyd’s change programs (e.g., Blueprint 2) to ensure international processes align with and can attain the desired benefits when appropriate.
Extensive experience in Lloyd's and London Market International businesses is crucial for this position, preferably with familiarity in multiple insurance lines.
