ITSM Consultant (Outside IR35)

ITSM Consultant 

A highly innovative Reinsurance firm are looking for a ITSM Consultant to come onboard to help implement an ITSM framework reviewing, refining and creating improved processes and documentation around incident, problem, change, asset and Policy & procedure management.

Essential skills for the ITSM Consultant :

• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM standards
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a cloud environment
• Experience in the Insurance domain, ideally London market experience
• Experience working with MSP’s
• ITIL Certified
