Arthur are working exclusively on a newly created position at a well known player in the market. The role reports into the Head of Pricing and comes with a few direct reports and the nearly / newly qualified level.
This role is strategic, varied, and an extremely important hire for the business. It will be working across the whole range of P&C products, working closely with stakeholders both internally and externally, and helping with key decision and planning for the team and company.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, with a preference for reinsurance and / or pricing, but they are flexible on background as long as communication and breadth of product knowledge is there. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a step up into a role where your work will be valued across the business.
This role will require you to be in the office 3 - 4 days a week and cannot offer sponsorship.
