We are working with an ambitious syndicate who are seeking a Lead Capital Actuary to join their team in London. This position reports into the CRO, who comes from an actuarial background, and will be the most senior member in the team so will be leading the more junior members with a route into Head of Capital.
This is a strategic and diverse role that will help with company wide strategic initiatives, capital management, outwards reinsurance purchasing, and developing the capital model, to name a few.
The ideal candidate will be qualified with at least 8 years of Lloyd's Capital experience and preferably with prior management or mentoring experience.
