Arthur are pleased to partner with a leading global insurer looking to hire a Marine Underwriting Team Leader:

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and manage cases within the allocated portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with intermediaries and stakeholders.
• Act as a mentor and technical reference for junior staff.
• Oversee team workload, renewals, and absence management.
• Support the delivery of business initiatives, compliance, and conduct standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong underwriting knowledge in Cargo, Freight, or Engineering.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Progress towards Dip CII/ACII desirable.
• Leadership or supervisory experience an advantage.
