I am looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join this impressive reward and employee benefits company as they grow their team. In this role there will be a focus on business partnering and promoting a strong risk culture.
As an Operational Risk Manager, you will work alongside the Head of Risk and other Risk Managers on a breadth of responsibilities. You will review the developing regulatory and risk environment and make appropriate suggestions for any changes that should be implemented. You will develop and maintain a robust risk management framework as well as making changes to outdated policies and procedures. You will take the lead on delegating financial and non financial resources and take part in ad - hoc team projects as required.
For this role you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in operational risk in financial services with exposure to senior stakeholders. Managerial experience is not required for the role
