I am on the search for an Operational Risk Manager to join a high performing team in one of Insurances most recognisable brands.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving and embedding operational risk frameworks across the business
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance and controls
• Identifying and mitigating risks that matter to a complex, fast-paced organisation

What we’re looking for:

• Strong operational risk experience within financial services
• Ideally, direct exposure to the insurance sector
• Confidence to challenge, influence, and deliver real change
