An opportunity has arisen for an Operations professional to join the leadership team of a rapidly growing Lloyd’s syndicate as an Operations Manager.
 
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and play a key part in shaping and strengthening the business’s operations.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support an operations team of five
  • Take responsibility of data design, capture and quality, while supporting IT and system development to meet operational needs.
  • Contribute to business planning, process improvement, and risk & compliance activities.
  • Work collaboratively across all functions of the syndicate and support senior leaders on strategic operational initiatives.

 
Experience required:

  • Solid insurance experience, ideally within the Lloyd’s market.
  • Strong analytical and operational understanding.
  • Experience with MI, data, and systems.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.
