An opportunity has arisen for an Operations professional to join the leadership team of a rapidly growing Lloyd’s syndicate as an Operations Manager.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and play a key part in shaping and strengthening the business’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support an operations team of five
Take responsibility of data design, capture and quality, while supporting IT and system development to meet operational needs.
Contribute to business planning, process improvement, and risk & compliance activities.
Work collaboratively across all functions of the syndicate and support senior leaders on strategic operational initiatives.
Experience required:
Solid insurance experience, ideally within the Lloyd’s market.
Strong analytical and operational understanding.
Experience with MI, data, and systems.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.
