I’m working with a rapidly growing personal lines insurer that’s looking to hire a Pricing Analyst to support the delivery of robust, insight-led pricing strategies across its UK and European markets. The company has doubled in size in the last two years through a successful partner-led model and continues to invest heavily in innovation, analytics, and its own brand offering.
This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and supportive pricing team at a business known for its collaborative culture and hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and manage pricing strategies to support profitability and sustainable growth
Use Radar to assess the impact of price changes and track pre- and post-implementation performance
Provide data-driven pricing recommendations based on customer behaviour, elasticity, and comitor insight
Monitor portfolio performance and investigate deviations from expected trends
Collaborate with rate implementation teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing updates
Support the build-out of pricing infrastructure, processes, and governance documentation
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in general insurance pricing (personal lines preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of numerical ability
Proficient with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, SAS or VBA
Experience using Radar is highly desirable
Sound understanding of pricing and underwriting principles, with commercial awareness
