Property Claims Manager

A highly regarded and reputable Lloyd's Syndicate is seeking a Property Claims Manager to join their market leading claims department based in the heart of the Lloyd’s Insurance market. The Property Claims team manage syndicate and overseas offices claims concerning the following Direct, Facultative Reinsurance and Excess of Loss classes, International and North American Property, International and North American Downstream Energy & Power, Political Violence, Construction, Lineslips & Binders and Property Treaty
 
You’ll be responsible for leading, managing, mentoring, coaching and developing the Property Claims Adjusters in the team as well as being responsible for the efficient day to day operation and management of the Property Claims team. You’ll need to have efficient, accurate and effective management of claims and the data in line with the department guidelines, authorities and KPIs
 
What you’ll need to succeed in this role is a strong Lloyd’s / London Market claims experience, be a recognised market leader in the Property classes and have extensive knowledge and strong technical claims experience with a proven track record of resolving large and complex specialist claims
