Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that the company’s approach to risk, including guiding principles and internal controls, is well-defined, consistently communicated, and effectively implemented.
Deliver 2nd line validation of numbers supplied for the ORSA.
Lead comprehensive evaluations of critical financial and insurance risk areas.
Own and update key risk governance documents, including the overarching risk framework and annual risk objectives. Monitor progress against these objectives and provide regular updates to internal governance forums.
Compile and deliver comprehensive risk reporting on a quarterly basis for review by internal committees and external stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor on risk matters within the organisation, enhancing internal understanding and capability in risk oversight in alignment with strategic goals and operational priorities.
