In this role, you will be working with the Risk Manager and wider risk team to monitor Risk Profiles by conducting risk and control assessments, updating various risk registers and maintain the controls within them. You will also maintain KRIs and investigate operational loss incidents and ensure emerging risks are consistently monitored and shared with the relevant teams when necessary. Over time, you will be given control over specific risk categories to complete risk assessments on and be able to participate in committee meetings. Other responsibilities will include ESG projects around DEI and Solvency II and the internal model.
You must have 1-3 years' risk experience in insurance for this role, ideally the Lloyd's market.
