In the role of a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for enterprise risk management, operating under the guidance of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and the Risk Committee. Your role will involve developing and maintaining a robust risk management framework throughout the organisation, collaborating with business leaders, participating in discussions and assessments of risks with risk owners, and ensuring the adequacy of the implemented controls. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process to assist in the formulation of impact stress scenarios.
Lead initiatives aimed at mitigating risks and enhancing controls.
Aid in establishing and maintaining a risk governance framework, including risk documentation and fostering a risk-aware culture through training sessions and effectiveness reviews.
Identify and address control deficiencies and failures.
Support the preparation and compilation of reports for the Board and Committees.
Engage in identifying and analysing critical risks, risk appetites, and key risk indicators (KRIs).
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Risk Management within the Insurance sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to maintain effective relationships with Risk and Control owners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
