As a risk analyst, you will play a crucial part in managing enterprise risks working closely with stakeholders throughout the Lloyd’s syndicate. As the company grows, the enterprise risk management team is committed to enhancing its skills and ensuring continuous improvement of the risk management framework. To succeed in this position, you'll need to deliver the following:
Assist in the creation and execution of the Risk Management framework.
Provide thorough support to the ERM Risk Manager, stepping in when needed.
Organise and oversee the gathering of data for the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report, and to support in the creation of the final report.
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as members of the Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure that ORSA requirements are fully understood, reviewed, and questioned within the enterprise risk management framework.
To help with detailed analyses identified by the ERM function.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Risk Management.
Must have essential experience in the non-life Insurance Market.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships.
Proficiency in IT and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
