Risk and Compliance Manager

Arthur have partnered with an Insurer who are looking to appoint a Compliance Manager on a full time permanent basis, reporting into the Head of Risk and Compliance. This position will be to have oversight of x3 direct reports and manage the compliance/risk team on a day to day basis.

Experience/Background:

• Insurance background (ideally MGA or Broker)
• Line management experience is essential
• Strong experience with FCA handbook, rules and regulations
• 5+ years within Compliance and Conduct (within Insurance)
