You will work closely with various first-line functions to continuously develop the firm's Risk Framework encompassing all the Financial Risks and Operational Risk to provide valuable insights.
This is a key role in within the Risk Management team and reports into the Head of Risk and provides the oportunity support the development of risk strategy and appetite framework as well as develop key risk indicators (KRIs) to measure risk levels.
As a second line function overseeing and challenging risk management practices will be a part of your responsibilties as will facilitate risk and control assessments with stakeholders.
In addition you can also support stress testing, scenario analysis, and emerging risks processe and collaborate on climate risk, ESG frameworks, and operational resilience.
If you have 5+ years of risk management experience in the insurance sector, preferably with Lloyd’s and London Market, strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and have up-to-date knowledge of the UK regulatory environment then I would love to disucss the role with you.
