Risk Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a Risk Manager to join a fast-growing risk team. The main focus of this role is to support the Head of Risk in safeguarding the organisation, its clients, reputation, assets, and the interests of all stakeholders by identifying and managing risks to the achievement of business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing the Risk Management Plan and maintaining the risk framework.
• Help identify and assess risks and controls impacting the business.
• Support the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process through regular engagement with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with first-line business teams to embed effective risk management practices.
• Contribute to risk reporting for local and group committees.
• Assist in managing the risk appetite framework and handling risk events.
• Work on risk assurance activities to strengthen the control environment.
