Arthur is excited to be partnering with a highly regarded and well established Lloyd’s broker as they search for a Senior Casualty Claims Manager to join their already successful claims department based in the heart of the Lloyd’s Insurance market.
 
As well as being responsible for dealing with all aspects of the claims and accounting process from receipt through to settlement a key part of this role will be handling complex claims and articulating medical terminology in detail to the clients. You will need to manage the client and provide in depth policy knowledge as well as analysing claims facts to determine coverage, liability and recommend course of action.
 
To be considered for the position you will need to demonstrate the following experience, skill set and capabilities:
 

  • Experience in a similar Casualty claims role
  • Understanding of US Casualty litigation and legalities
  • Ability to handle complex claims
  • In-depth policy and client management experience
  • Client facing & customer focused with excellent interpersonal & written communication skills with ability to maintain a good relationship with Casualty market and attorneys
