Job Title: Senior Claims Adjuster – Marine & Aviation
Location: London (Hybrid)
Our long standing and market leading client is looking for an experienced Claims Adjuster to join their small and experienced team in London and manage a portfolio of mainly Marine & Aviation claims.
In this role, you will take ownership of complex claims, develop strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with the relevant Underwriting teams to support profitable account development. You will also guide and mentor some junior team members while always ensuring all decisions are aligned with company values, focusing on fair customer outcomes. Ideal candidates will have several years’ experience handling claims in the Lloyd's market and a deep understanding of both Marine and Aviation sectors. Exposure to energy claims is a plus.
