Senior Claims Adjuster – Professional Lines (FI / D&O / E&O)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Professional Lines Claims Adjuster to join a high-performing, collaborative claims team. You’ll manage a complex portfolio across FI, D&O and E&O, working closely with underwriters, senior claims leadership and external counsel.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling complex, high-value Professional Lines claims (lead & follow)
• Negotiating settlements and authorising payments within authority
• Preparing coverage and valuation correspondence
• Managing vendors including defence and coverage counsel
• Working with underwriters on exposures, policy wordings and renewals
• Producing MI, reports and supporting wider claims projects

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience managing Professional Lines claims (Company & Lloyd’s)
• Strong knowledge of FI, D&O and E&O wordings
• Experience with international and/or US claims beneficial
• Excellent communication, organisation and technical ability
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, resilient and able to manage a varied caseload
