An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Lines Claims Adjuster to join a high-performing claims team. You will manage complex, high-value claims across Financial Institutions, Management Liability/D&O, and professional risk portfolios, including UK and international exposures, with a focus on Fintech and professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex Financial Institutions and Management Liability claims in line with established claims philosophy
Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering continuous improvement
Collaborate with Managing Agents, service providers, underwriting, actuarial, and reinsurance teams
Provide feedback on policy wordings, claims trends, and renewals
Support broker interaction programs to deliver a customer-focused service
Highlight significant notifications, trends, or developments to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Experience handling Financial Institutions or Management Liability/D&O claims
Skilled in supervising and training junior staff
Knowledge of ECF and London market critical metrics
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
