A specialist Insurance provider is search of an Senior MI Analyst who will be responsible for providing reporting solutions which will add value to enable business decision making and operational management. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Working with various stakeholders and entities, develop an MI strategy which will support the trading and operational teams across our business
Creating a suite of standard reports which meet the regular reporting needs of our various teams
Adding insight and analysis to these standard reports which helps the audience understand the key drivers of financial, trading and operational performance
Managing and automating recurring monthly reports as required by the business
Responding to urgent, ad-hoc and one off reporting requirements from the business
Recommend process improvements in order to meet user needs
Share skills and knowledge and train Junior Analyst
Provide support, guidance and training to the business as required in relation to data sources and structures
Requirements
Experience of working with relationship databases and applying the knowledge to deliver solutions in an insurance environment
At least 2 years' experience working within the Insurance Industry
Experienced using SQL in an Insurance environment
Experience of designing, managing business MI using various delivery solutions
Ability to work in a highly commercial environment
