This newly created Senior Operations Manager role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change, lead transformation initiatives, and play a key part in shaping the future of the Operations function.
Responsibilities:
Lead service delivery across internal teams and outsourced partners.
Improve data quality, resolve technical queries, and support new product onboarding.
Drive workflow automation and help implement new platforms and AI tools.
Partner with Finance on bordereaux, LPANs, and market submissions.
Champion continuous improvement and refine operational processes.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and support team development.
Experience:
Proven leader with strong experience in operational and service management within Insurance.
Understanding of market processing, data workflows, or outsourced administration.
Previous experience in delivering process improvements while representing Operations at senior levels.
