Senior Pricing Analyst - High Net Work

I’m working with a global (re)insurer who are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their High Net Worth (HNW) Personal Lines Pricing team. The role sits within a well-established pricing function and will be focused on Motor and Household products across both the UK and European markets.
This is a commercially driven role with strong underwriter interaction, and would suit someone with 4+ years’ personal lines pricing experience looking to step up or continue growing within a high-performing and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end pricing solutions across HNW motor and household products.
• Support market pricing activity as well as regular portfolio performance reviews.
• Work closely with underwriting and wider pricing teams to drive commercial decisions.
• Assist in the development, testing, and improvement of pricing models and rating structures.
• Contribute to a growing team and work alongside global analytics and actuarial functions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in personal lines pricing (motor, home, travel, etc.).
• Proficiency in Radar, SAS, SQL; Python and Emblem experience is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of stakeholder engagement.
• Ideally studying towards actuarial exams (not essential).
• Experience within the UK insurance market is strongly preferred.
