Candidate Management:

Rigorously adhere to our CRM systems (Bullhorn) and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Client Delivery:
Independently negotiate client terms and manage contracts
Develop a portfolio of loyal clients that contribute to a consistent flow of job vacancies.
Business Development:
Collaborate with the management team to craft and execute a robust business plan targeting new opportunities from both existing and lapsed relationships.
Generate vacancies through targeted promotions of candidates aligned with strategic business priorities.
Regularly produce and distribute content, including quarterly blogs, to build your personal brand and establish thought leadership in the industry.
