Senior Reserving Actuary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate actuary to join this forward thinking and well-regarded global reinsurer. 

You will play a key part in the company's P&C operations including:

• Deep dive reserve reviews across lines, but with a focus on long-tail business.
• Ensure accurate and regular insight to key stakeholders, particularly ensuring underwriting, pricing and portfolio management have access to up to date information.
• Support senior actuarial leadership, and others, in reporting and attending committees as required.
• Guide and support junior team members

To be successful in this role you will be a qualified actuary with strong P&C reserving experience. You will be able to build relationships with a range of professionals and influence underwriters, finance, reinsurance and others as required. 

This is very much a front facing reserving position where you are expected to use your knowledge and skills to help the business underwrite profitable business.
