Senior Risk Analyst

Your responsibilities will be the evaluation of enterprise risk management, operating under the supervision of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and the Risk Committee. You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and upkeep of a comprehensive risk management framework across the organisation. This will necessitate collaboration with business leaders, engaging in discussions and risk assessments with risk owners, and ensuring the effectiveness of existing controls.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process to aid in the development of significant stress scenarios.
• Spearhead initiatives focused on risk mitigation and control enhancement.
• Assist in the creation and continuous management of a risk governance framework, which includes risk documentation and promoting a risk-aware culture through training and effectiveness evaluations.
• Identify and rectify control deficiencies and failures.
• Support the preparation and compilation of reports for the Board and Committees.
• Participate in the identification and analysis of critical risks, risk appetites, and key risk indicators (KRIs).

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Risk Management within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to cultivate effective relationships with Risk and Control owners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• A solid academic background.
