Senior Risk Manager

I am looking for a seasoned risk expert to take on a unique role spanning the UK and Bermuda, while also contributing to global enterprise risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the risk management framework for the UK branch of a Bermuda-based reinsurer, including risk identification, monitoring, and reporting.
• Serve as the Risk Function Holder, working closely with senior leadership, regulators, and committees in both the UK and Bermuda.
• Play a central role in shaping and implementing global risk frameworks, including appetite, policy, and climate risk.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Significant experience in insurance or reinsurance sector risk management.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and experience liaising with regulators (UK and/or Bermuda).
• Proven track record in developing and embedding enterprise-wide risk frameworks.
