Arthur is collaborating with a specialist global insurance company who is seeking a Senior Underwriting Operations Coordinator to join their team.

As part of the operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the underwriting teams across all business lines while driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert in policy administration and workflow
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end reconciliation and reporting
• Maintain process documentation and training materials
• Assist in improving data quality, process efficiency, and compliance reporting
• Ensure smooth integration of underwriting systems and processes
• Act as a key liaison for business requirements and IT projects
• Maintain high data quality standards
• Provide training on underwriting tools and reporting systems
• Conduct functional testing and root cause analysis for process improvements
• Assist in training new and existing underwriting staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in insurance administration, underwriting assistance, or operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organised and succeeds in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines effectively.
