Senior Underwriting Performance Analyst

Arthur is working with a leading insurer seeking an experienced professional to drive underwriting strategy and oversight on an initial four to six month contract.

In this high impact role, you’ll work closely with senior decision-makers, leverage forward-looking risk insights, and play an influential role across the market.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the design and delivery of the underwriting oversight framework.
• Drive strategic initiatives across risk, underwriting, exposure management, reserving, and capital.
• Monitor and report on emerging risks including climate, cyber, geopolitical, systemic.
• Manage cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Represent the organisation in industry forums and contribute to thought leadership.

We’re seeking a strategic insurance professional with a wide range of product line expertise, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.  Proven background in data analysis, underwriting performance, and assessing emerging risks.

You’ll bring expertise in London, international, and reinsurance markets, with the ability to lead projects, support colleagues, and consistently deliver high quality results within tight deadlines.
