A corporate services provider is looking to bring on board a Specialist Corporate Governance Manager to provide CoSec support services to a portfolio of listed and regulated clients. They have multiple office locations around the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Board support and meeting support
- Working alongside clients, developing a good working relationship and retention
- Identifying areas of development with current systems and services
- producing regular corporate governance updates for clients
Skills/Requirements:
- Previous board and meeting support experience
- Computer literate
- Advanced knowledge of corporate governance and UK Corporate Governance Code
- Understanding on subsidiary governance principles
- 5 Years previous experience
- CGI qualification preferable
