Syndicate Performance Analyst

Arthur is partnering with a specialist Lloyd’s insurance company looking to hire a Syndicate Performance Analyst to join their team.
 
This role requires a deep understanding of the Lloyd’s insurance market, strong analytical skills, and experience in managing syndicates. You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the business, with key responsibilities including:
 

• Monitoring underwriting performance and implementing necessary corrective actions.
• Managing and overseeing DUA metrics and bordereaux processes.
• Supporting underwriting decisions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting in the preparation of the SBF and quarterly reserving reports.
• Preparing and submitting Lloyd’s regulatory filings.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, clients, and key stakeholders.
