It is a brilliant moment for Team Arthur.

Arthur has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 in the Medium Organisation category, making this the fourth consecutive year we have received the recognition.

We have also been named as finalists in three categories at the 2026 TIARA Staffing & Talent Solutions Awards:

  • The Grant Thornton Specialist Staffing Company of the Year
  • The Best Company to Work For
  • The Back-Office Team of the Year

Together, these achievements recognise every part of Arthur: the specialist expertise we provide to the insurance market, the culture we have built for our people and the exceptional team working behind the scenes to support our success.

Four years as one of the UK’s best places to work

Being named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work is particularly meaningful because the recognition is based on the views of our own people.

The independent Work survey measures employee experience across six areas:

  • Reward and Recognition
  • Information Sharing
  • Empowerment
  • Wellbeing
  • Instilling Pride
  • Job Satisfaction

Arthur achieved an average happiness and engagement score of 87%, seven points above the benchmark for the Business and Management Services sector. We also recorded 0% flight risk, a 3% wellbeing risk index and 86% confidence in management.

These results matter far more than the certificate. They tell us that our people feel supported, recognised, informed and proud to be part of Arthur.

Achieving this once would be something to celebrate. Maintaining it for four consecutive years demonstrates the strength and consistency of the culture our people have created together.

Recognition across the whole business

Being shortlisted for three TIARA awards makes this recognition even more special.

The Specialist Staffing Company of the Year nomination reflects our position as a business built for one market: insurance.

For more than two decades, we have developed dedicated specialisms across the London and Lloyd’s market, building the knowledge, networks and technical credibility required to be trusted advisers to our clients and candidates.

This is not specialism as a marketing label. It is our entire business model.

The Best Company to Work For nomination reinforces what our Sunday Times recognition tells us: Arthur is a business where people can develop, perform and build lasting careers.

The Back-Office Team of the Year nomination celebrates the people whose work makes that possible. From finance, HR and learning and development to marketing, operations, technology and data, our Business Services team provides the infrastructure, support and expertise that enables our consultants to deliver.

Excellence at the front of the business depends on excellence behind it.

Our values in action

Our values of Trust, Excellence, Teamwork, Dedication and Longevity are not simply words displayed on a wall. They shape how we work, how we lead and how we treat one another.

Trust means communicating openly and acting with integrity. Excellence means holding ourselves to high standards.

Teamwork means recognising that our best results are achieved together.

Dedication is reflected in our complete commitment to the insurance market.

Longevity means building careers, partnerships and relationships that last.

These awards are a reflection of those values in action.

They also recognise the energy, expertise and commitment of every person at Arthur. Our consultants, managers and Business Services teams all contribute to the experience we create for one another and the service we provide to our clients and candidates.

We are incredibly proud of what Team Arthur has achieved. But we do not see these awards as a finish line. They are motivation to keep listening, improving and raising our standards.

Four consecutive years as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work. Three TIARA Award nominations. One outstanding team.

That is what Insuring Talent looks like.
