The team partners with insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd’s syndicates, brokers, consultancies and technology businesses to recruit professionals across catastrophe modelling, exposure management, portfolio analytics, climate risk and natural catastrophe research. This is a high-performing and highly respected team with strong existing relationships across the London and Lloyd’s markets, an extensive specialist candidate network and significant opportunities for further growth across the UK, Europe, Bermuda and the United States. The successful person will be joining an established desk with real momentum rather than being expected to build a market from scratch. There is an active client base, a strong flow of permanent and contract opportunities and access to wider relationships generated by more than 30 insurance recruitment consultants across Arthur. You will work alongside experienced CAT recruitment specialists who understand the market, collaborate closely and share candidates, clients and market intelligence.
