This is a well-established, permanent legal desk with strong existing relationships on both the client and candidate side, offering an excellent opportunity for someone to take ownership and make it their own. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and really make the desk their own, building on existing relationships while continuing to grow the market. The focus of the role would be recruiting across a range of positions including Analysts, Assistants, and Operations Managers, partnering closely with clients on key hires and supporting candidates in securing opportunities where they can genuinely progress their careers within reinsurance.
