We are excited to announce the promotion of Anthony Hill to Executive Director following his continued success within the market.

Anthony joined Arthur in March 2017 and is just completing his 5-year tenure with over 14 years’ experience specialising in Actuarial recruitment across some of the world’s leading insurance firms. Within his 5-year tenure, Anthony has grown the team to be one of the highest performing within its market.

As an ExCo member, Anthony is central within the company and invested in the progression of each person he introduces to Team Arthur.

Following the promotion to Executive Director, Anthony will continue to develop the teams, whilst supporting his network through recruitment processes and establishing Arthur as the go-to firm for hiring within insurance.
