Claims Adjuster - Casualty

Here at Arthur, we are excited to be partnered with a market leading global insurer who are seeking a motivated and ambitious Casualty Claims Specialist to join their London team.   
 
They are looking for a driven claims specialist with a minimum of two years' expertise in US, UK, and Rest of World (ROW) casualty claims, responsible for efficiently managing and resolving claims from diverse jurisdictions in alignment with their Claims Charter/Code of Conduct and Claim process protocols.

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactively overseeing a mix of UK, International, and US Casualty claims from inception to resolution, applying the necessary expertise to investigate coverage, liability, amount, and strategy aspects of each case.
• Maintaining close communication with relevant parties throughout the claim's duration, including the policyholder, broker, co-insurers, actuaries, and underwriters.
• Ensuring adherence to approved Panel lists, including providing guidance to external lawyers and adjusters as required.

• Skilled in negotiation techniques.

• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Effective management and prioritization of multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in IT tools and applications.
