This is not a “ticket‑taking BA” role.
This is a hands-on, systems-owning, data-savvy analyst position where your fingerprints will be across the entire technology ecosystem.
You’ll analyse end-to-end workflows, translate business needs into technical design, and partner with underwriters, data teams, operations, and vendors to ensure systems are robust, scalable, and fit for a modern market. You’ll love this role if you want to:
🔥 Own and configure core insurance platforms (policy admin, underwriting, DA, workflow tools)
🔥 Shape solution design, integrations & system enhancements
🔥 Become the go-to expert for London Market messaging (PPL, ACORD, APIs)

🔥 Improve data quality, mappings, transformations & bordereaux workflows
🔥 Influence modernisation around Blueprint Two, CDR & digital submissions
🔥 Drive MI & reporting improvements across the full insurance value chain
