Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the approval of new delegated arrangements in line with internal frameworks and Lloyd’s requirements
- Managing the end to end due diligence process across new and existing Coverholders and delegated relationships
- Leading the ongoing oversight and monitoring of binding authorities and DCAs ensuring strong governance standards are maintained
- Managing the audit lifecycle including planning, coordination and resolution of audit findings
- Providing quality control across Analyst output to ensure consistency and high standards across the team
- Overseeing EPI processes and ensuring adherence to internal procedures
- Working closely with operations on bordereaux reporting, data quality and timeliness of submissions
- Acting as a key point of contact across the business providing guidance on delegated authority matters
- Supporting wider team activity and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Experience you will need:
- Strong experience within delegated authority in the London Market with a focus on due diligence and oversight
- Good understanding of Lloyd’s systems and regulatory expectations
- Experience managing audits and governance frameworks across delegated portfolios
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload across multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Previous experience overseeing or supporting junior team members

Joining a small team, you will need to be capable of executing IT Audits across a range of technical subject matter rather than be a deep subject matter expert in a single area.
