Senior Controls Analyst

We are working with a global business who are seeking a nearly or newly qualified actuary to join their team. This role reports into the Head of Reserving and will have significant exposure to the Chief Actuary. This is a mixed Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's position based in either London or Dublin, working closely with stakeholders internationally. The actuaries are highly valued in the business and no decisions are made without guidance or approval from the actuarial teams. Our client are seeking a reserving actuary with at least 4 years of experience within the London or Lloyd's Market. Attitude and personal motivation are highly important for this role, as are communication skills. This role will require you to be in the office 4 days a week and our client can only consider UK based individuals with full working rights.

Senior Controls Analyst - 12 month FTC Strengtheth enterprise-wide risk and control environments by contributing to both strategic direction and day-to-day ICT risk activities, while promoting high quality and governance standards. Built strong cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted Risk ambassador, partnering with teams including Compliance, ERM, and Internal Audit to support an integrated assurance approach and improve organisational risk awareness. Support major business change and integration initiatives, ensuring effective controls are embedded within transformation projects and post-acquisition onboarding activities, while also assisting senior risk leadership with broader enterprise risk and regulatory workstreams.
