Key responsibilities:
Taking ownership of bordereaux processing across risk and premium data.
Managing the mapping and validation of bordereaux through the bordereaux management platform.
Reviewing data quality issues and exception reports while identifying recurring trends.
Monitoring bordereaux submissions and ensuring information is received within agreed timescales.
Producing accurate MI and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Acting as a key contact for Underwriters and third party providers on bordereaux queries.
Maintaining accurate delegated authority data and records across internal systems.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual workloads.
Supporting projects focused on data quality and operational efficiency.
Keeping processes aligned with Lloyd's Market requirements and wider regulatory expectations.
Experience you'll need:
Strong experience working with delegated authority data or bordereaux within the Lloyd's Market.
Experience managing the mapping and validation of bordereaux data.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident working with internal and external stakeholders.
Good knowledge of Excel with Power BI experience beneficial.
