Key responsibilities:
Monitoring and reviewing claims bordereaux submissions
Loading bordereaux data and ensuring records remain accurate
Producing reports on claims data and key performance measures
Identifying data quality issues and driving improvements
Working closely with an outsourced bordereaux provider
Investigating delegated authority breaches and supporting their resolution
Assisting the Claims Delegated Authority Manager with wider oversight activity
Supporting conduct risk reviews and customer outcome reporting
Escalating risks or control concerns through the correct governance channels
Experience you will need:
Experience working with claims bordereaux
Knowledge of bordereaux processing platforms
Understanding of Lloyd’s Standard Claims Reporting bordereaux
