Claims Bordereaux Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading London Market insurer within a growing Delegated Claims function. You will take ownership of claims bordereaux activity while helping maintain strong data quality and effective oversight across delegated business.

The role offers broad exposure across Claims and Delegated Authority with the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders. You will join a supportive business that invests in development and offers an excellent benefits package.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and reviewing claims bordereaux submissions
  • Loading bordereaux data and ensuring records remain accurate
  • Producing reports on claims data and key performance measures
  • Identifying data quality issues and driving improvements
  • Working closely with an outsourced bordereaux provider
  • Investigating delegated authority breaches and supporting their resolution
  • Assisting the Claims Delegated Authority Manager with wider oversight activity
  • Supporting conduct risk reviews and customer outcome reporting
  • Escalating risks or control concerns through the correct governance channels


Experience you will need:

  • Experience working with claims bordereaux
  • Knowledge of bordereaux processing platforms
  • Understanding of Lloyd’s Standard Claims Reporting bordereaux
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • An understanding of delegated authority controls and regulatory expectations

Delegated Authority
Delegated Authority Business Partner

This is a strong opportunity to join an established Delegated Authority function in a role that sits close to underwriting and claims. You will take ownership across key areas of the delegated lifecycle with exposure to onboarding, contract review, conduct and ongoing oversight. The role offers broad visibility across the business with regular interaction across underwriting, claims, brokers and delegated partners. It would suit someone with a solid grounding in Delegated Authority who wants to build wider technical knowledge and take on more responsibility within a growing team. Key responsibilities: Supporting the onboarding of new Delegated Authority arrangements from initial due diligence through to approval. Coordinating information from underwriters, claims teams, brokers and delegated partners to ensure approvals are completed on time. Reviewing Delegated Authority contracts and supporting the business in making sure appropriate terms and controls are in place. Acting as a key point of contact for delegated partners and internal stakeholders. Supporting the ongoing oversight of delegated arrangements including service standards, bordereaux activity and performance information. Assisting with conduct and product oversight activity including product reviews and governance requirements. Producing regular MI and reporting for the Delegated Authority team. Reviewing data and reporting to identify trends, issues and opportunities to improve existing processes. Working closely with wider operational teams to support an effective Delegated Authority service. Experience you’ll need: At least two years of experience within the London Insurance Market in a Delegated Authority, operations, reporting or insurance support role. A good understanding of Delegated Authority administration and Lloyd’s market processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review information and identify key issues. Good communication skills with confidence working across different teams and external stakeholders. An interest in continuing to build your technical knowledge within Delegated Authority. Progress towards ACII would be beneficial but is not essential. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their Delegated Authority experience in a highly visible role with strong exposure across the business and clear scope to continue developing their career.
