I am partnered with a leading global MGA who is hiring an Underwriting Performance Manager to join its Group Underwriting team.

Working closely with senior underwriting leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping underwriting performance, governance and analytics across an international business. A highly visible role where you'll transform complex data into meaningful insight, develop performance reporting and dashboards, and help drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to improve underwriting performance.

What you'll be doing:
  • Delivering underwriting performance and governance reporting across multiple international regions.
  • Producing data-driven insights and MI to support senior decision-making.
  • Developing dashboards, KPIs and governance frameworks.
  • Partnering with Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance and Risk teams.
  • Supporting AI-driven initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve reporting and analytics.
  • Leading projects that enhance underwriting oversight and operational performance.
You'll have a strong background in underwriting performance, governance or analytics within the insurance market, with advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI. 

You'll be commercially aware, analytical and naturally curious, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. An interest in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to enhance analysis and decision-making is highly desirable, as is experience working within delegated authority or underwriting governance environments.

Senior Ceded Reinsurance Analyst

Looking for an opportunity where you can have a genuine impact rather than just process transactions? A fast-growing, technology-driven specialty insurer is looking to appoint a Senior Ceded Reinsurance Analyst to join its expanding Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of ceded reinsurance programmes while helping shape and improve processes within a modern, data-led business. You'll work closely with Reinsurance, Underwriting, Claims, Finance and external reinsurers, ensuring the efficient administration of outward reinsurance programmes while driving operational improvements across the function. Key Responsibilities:  Managing treaty administration, premium and loss reporting, recoveries and reconciliations. Producing bordereaux, financial reporting and market returns. Supporting month and quarter-end close activities. Building strong relationships with brokers, reinsurers and internal stakeholders. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and reporting. Supporting projects, audits and the continued evolution of the reinsurance operating model. We're looking for an experienced ceded reinsurance professional with a strong understanding of treaty, quota share and facultative reinsurance.
