I am partnering with a growing London Market insurance broker to recruit a Head of Broker Support at Director level to establish and lead a newly created technical broking support function.   Reporting to the COO, you will build and manage a new team, implement efficient processes, and drive operational improvements that enable brokers to focus on clients and business development.   Key responsibilities: Lead the development of the technical broking support function and operating model. Recruit, manage and develop a high-performing team. Oversee policy administration, endorsements, renewals and premium adjustments. Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. Partner with senior stakeholders across Broking, Operations and Technology. Manage the transition of technical responsibilities into the new function.
