The role

An Office Administrator position is becoming available within the Business Services team. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing administrative and operational support across the business in a fast-paced recruitment environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and internal support.

This position is ideal for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in recruitment operations and a strong platform for future career development.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Office Administration – Orders, desk set up, printing
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Business Services (Operation Manager) and wider business.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls, including drafting standard letters and internal communications.
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems in line with data protection requirements.
  • Support meeting logistics, including room bookings, agendas, and documentation.
  • Assist with supplier coordination (stationery, office services, facilities).
  • Health & Safety (H&S) Support
  • Support the Operations Manager with Health & Safety administration and compliance tracking.
  • Assist with office inductions and onboarding, ensuring H&S information is correctly issued and recorded.
  • Escalate any H&S concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Event support and coordination when required
  • Attend internal meetings if required and produce accurate, timely meeting minutes and action logs.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating internal events (team days, training sessions, town halls, social initiatives).
  • Support Operations Manager event logistics, including bookings, communications, and attendance tracking.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
  • Exposure to a recruitment, professional services, or financial services environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of Health & Safety or willingness to be trained.
  • Experience taking meeting minutes or supporting governance processes.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.

A globally recognised personal/commercial lines insurer are seeking an experienced  Data Scientist  to join their established and growing Pricing & Analytics team in London. In this role as a Data Science Lead, you will act as the subject matter expert and technical lead in transitioning GLM pricing models to Python and advancing machine learning capability across the function. Partnering closely with senior performance and analytics leaders, you’ll help shape data science strategy, identify high-value opportunities, and deliver predictive models that support pricing optimisation, fraud detection, retention, renewals, and profitable growth. You’ll collaborate across business functions, ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance, and present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders influencing global decision-making. Requirements  A hands-on data scientist with strong Python expertise (open to candidates outside of Insurance).
